Information you provide

The form asks for names, email, phone, preferred period, guest numbers, budget and project details. Names, email and project details are required to prepare a useful message; other fields are optional. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information or third-party details.

How the form works

The fields prepare an email in your own email application. The website does not automatically submit the form to a server or keep a database copy. The team receives your message when you actually send that email.

WhatsApp opens a separate service. Information you share there is also subject to that service’s practices.

Purposes

Received information is used to reply, clarify your plans, prepare a proposal and manage related conversations. The pre-contractual steps you request are the main purpose. The current form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Recipients and external services

Operational recipients are the Itinerance Plus team members handling enquiries. Email and WhatsApp services are involved according to your chosen channel. The website form does not send project details to event suppliers.

Third-party services may process data in different countries. Hosting, possible transfers and applicable formalities must be confirmed by the controller before publication.

Retention and security

Messages remain in the communication tools used. Itinerance Plus must define specific retention periods, deletion rules and internal access measures before launch. Exchanges should be kept only for their follow-up and applicable obligations.

Browsers and hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and connection logs. Retention will depend on the selected hosting.

Your rights
